Introduction


A porn binge refers to a period of excessive, uncontrolled sexual behavior that could potentially lead to emotional, relational, and physical consequences. Binges often stem from underlying issues such as stress, addiction, or unmet emotional needs. In the aftermath, individuals may grapple with feelings of guilt, shame, and confusion, seeking effective ways to regain control and establish healthier patterns.


This case study of a client we will call Alice who went through a 90-day individualized recovery program that explores the steps to assist her in beginning recover from sexual binges of pornography. Which will outline the challenges, solutions, implementation strategies, and measurable outcomes.


Challenges:


After experiencing a week-long porn binge, Alice faced several significant challenges:
